Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the provision of production services — including commercial video, digital content, post-production and related services — by 3B Production Limited ("we", "us") to our clients ("you"), together with any written quotation, estimate or project agreement we issue.

2. Quotations and Engagements

All projects begin with a written quotation or estimate. A project is confirmed only when the quotation is accepted in writing (including email) and any required deposit is received. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise agreed;
• Standard terms: 50% deposit on confirmation, balance on final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing;
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue;
• Additional client-requested changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, approvals within agreed timelines, and any third-party materials (footage, music, trademarks) to which they hold rights or licences.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered deliverables as specified in the quotation. We retain the right to reference completed work for showreel and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, templates and know-how remain our property.

6. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after confirmation, work completed to date and committed third-party costs (crew, equipment, locations) remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
